Hands-On Training in our Training Facilities

Before heading out on their own, our pest control and termite technicians train hands-on at Cook’s Academy’s dedicated facilities — real, purpose-built environments designed to prepare you for the field.

Residential Training Facility

Train in a residential structure with cutaway walls, ceilings, and crawlspaces that reveal where pests hide and how treatments are applied.

Commercial Training Facility

Practice inspection and treatment techniques in spaces built to replicate restaurants, offices, schools, and hospitals.

Hands-On Training in the Field

Once you’ve built a foundation, you’ll gain real-world experience through hands-on field training alongside experienced team members — including how to communicate with customers and deliver the professional service that sets Cook’s apart.
